President

Carrie is a caring, dedicated professional whose professional background has allowed her to help people navigate stressful and difficult conversations for over 25 years. Her mission has been to create ways for people to educate themselves on complex situations and create mutually beneficial solutions.

Her path on this journey started young when her mom was in a devastating car accident, which required care for many years. Through self-education, seeking solutions, and being mindful of her mom's wishes, she was able to help her mom live an independent, whole life. Her personal experience and compassion for others drive Carrie to find solutions to help other families not feel alone. 

Carrie firmly believes that when individuals have the freedom to chart their own life paths and the necessary resources and plans in place, they can cultivate healthier relationships with their loved ones, irrespective of their financial status. Her belief in empowerment instills hope and inspiration, promising less stress and more joy in these relationships.
